Welcome
Welcome to our wedding website. We are so glad you’re here!
When we started planning this, we knew we didn’t want a traditional “one night and done” wedding. We wanted a weekend that felt like a true escape. A place where everyone could slow down, breathe mountain air, and maybe try something completely new.
That is why we chose Brush Creek Ranch. It’s a dude ranch that offers more than just beautiful views; it is the kind of place where you might ride a horse for the first time, shoot sporting clays with an instructor, explore miles of open trails, or just sit by a fire with a drink and good company.
As much as this weekend is about celebrating our love, our hope is that it feels memorable for everyone who makes the journey. We hope you have an unforgettable experience first. A party as the bonus.
Everything you need to know is here, and we can’t wait to share this place with you.
Love
Elke & Nate

Brush Creek Ranch is located in Saratoga, Wyoming, near the Colorado border.
Ranch address for Google or Apple Maps:
66 Brush Creek Ranch Road
Saratoga, WY 82331
Once on property, everything is taken care of. Parking is complimentary, and guests will not need a vehicle throughout the weekend. Shuttles will be running between locations so you can settle in and enjoy the ranch without worrying about logistics.
If you are driving, simply use the address above in your preferred navigation app. If you are flying into Denver, we recommend arriving on Thursday, March 26, to ensure you have ample time to make the drive on Friday and arrive by lunchtime. This gives you a smooth start to the weekend and the full Brush Creek experience.
Below is detailed information on both flying and driving options.
If you’re coming from Denver, the drive is far easier than people expect. It’s mostly wide-open highway, light traffic, and big Western scenery. And best of all, you avoid the infamous I-70 ski chaos we’ve all come to dread. It’s a straight shot north and genuinely should be about as stress-free as a Colorado mountain drive gets.
Depending on weather, it takes about 3.5 to 4 hours. If you’re renting a car, we recommend AWD just to play it safe in March.
Once you turn onto ranch property, it will be obvious you’re in the right place.
Denver International Airport (DEN) is the most convenient option for most guests. There are plenty of nearby hotels, rental cars are straightforward, and the drive to the ranch is easy.
Laramie (LAR) and Cheyenne (CYS) are closer to the property but offer limited flight schedules, so availability can be tight.

TO 4:00 pm
We encourage everyone to arrive by 12:00 PM so you can settle in, enjoy lunch, and jump straight into an afternoon activity. It’s the best way to ease into the weekend and get a feel for Brush Creek Ranch’s western spirit. You can saddle up for a trail ride, shoot sporting clays with an instructor, cross country ski across untouched ranchland, or unwind at the spa. It’s a chance to breathe, unplug, and enjoy the ranch the way it’s meant to be experienced.
Lunch will be served at the Pioneer Kitchen as soon as you arrive. After that, the afternoon is wide open for activities, and the ranch will let everyone choose their preferred experience ahead of time.
Later in winter, we’ll send out a schedule with each group’s activity options and timing. After the afternoon activity, there will be time to change and get ready for the welcome cocktail event.
In the early evening, we’ll gather for a casual cocktail hour. The setting has a natural western vibe, so this is the night to have some fun with it. If you’ve got boots, a hat, or anything with a hint of cowboy, bring it out. No pressure. Just show up comfortable, relaxed, and ready to enjoy the night. The dress code is outlined under the 'Staying at Brush Creek' tab.
Once the cocktail hour wraps up, the ranch team will guide everyone straight to our private dinner for the night. It’s relaxed, social, and a great way to start the weekend.
Please continue to check back for more updates.

The morning is yours to enjoy the ranch. Whether you want to get back on a horse, hit the trails, try the shooting range, or just take it slow, the ranch gives you plenty of ways to start the day. As with Friday, later in the winter we’ll work with guests to get everyone signed up for their preferred activities. There will be two activity windows on Saturday — one in the morning and one in the afternoon — before everyone heads off to get ready.
Wedding details are still being finalized and will be shared as we get closer. Please continue to check back for updates. The dress code is outlined under the 'Staying at Brush Creek' tab.
Cocktail hour will be at the Cheyenne Club bar, followed by dinner in the Wine Tunnel, which is one of the most memorable spaces on the property.
The after party will be in the Saloon. Nathan Dean Band, dancing, and all the Western energy you can handle.

Our ceremony may take place outdoors—we’ll update everyone as we get closer. If so, winter boots are perfectly fine to wear for the ceremony. Just be sure to pack your dancing shoes—there will be time to switch!
Overall Vibe
Simple, classic winter-formal—warm, elegant, and timeless.
Days at Brush Creek are casual and built around being outside, so dress for whatever you plan to do. Jeans, outdoor pants, comfortable shirts, layers, and solid footwear all work. Boots are great. Sneakers are fine for most activities. If you’re riding, the ranch recommends long pants and closed-toe shoes.
Weather moves fast in Wyoming, so bring layers you can add or shed throughout the day. A light jacket or vest is always a good idea.
If you forget something, the ranch has gear and essentials on hand, so don’t stress. Keep it comfortable, practical, and ranch-ready.
Brush Creek has a long list of activities to jump into. Horseback riding, fly fishing, archery, sporting clays, ATV tours, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, the spa, and plenty more. You can stay busy or take it slow. The place works either way.
Once RSVPs are in, we’ll reach out this winter to help everyone get into the events they want. For now, look through the ranch’s activity list so you have a sense of what’s available and what you might want to sign up for.
Here’s the link to the ranch’s activity page. You’ll choose three activities in total. One on Friday afternoon, one on Saturday morning, and one on Saturday afternoon. Morning sessions run from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Afternoon sessions run from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM.
Brush Creek Ranch is an all inclusive property, and each guest is responsible for a portion of their stay. The nightly rate is $500 per person and covers lodging, all meals, and most on ranch activities. Gratuities are included, and you won’t have to pay for anything once you arrive unless you opt into add ons like spa treatments, premium experiences, or specialty wine selections.
RSVPs for the weekend are now open. The link is in the top right corner of the webpage. Enter your name and email and you’re done. The site saves your email, and that’s what the ranch will use when they reach out to book your stay at the wedding group rate.
If you have any specific needs or accessibility considerations, let us know and we’ll coordinate with the ranch to make sure you’re taken care of.
We’ll keep updating this page as more details come together.
We’ve reserved a mix of Trailhead Lodge rooms and private cabins across the ranch. Every accommodation — whether in the lodge or a cabin — is private, high-end, and authentically Wyoming. Five-star comfort, beautiful interiors, and plenty of space to unwind.
We’ll be assigning rooms and cabins based on group size and availability to make sure everyone is comfortably matched with the right space. No matter where you land, the experience is beautiful, elevated, and exactly what you’d expect from one of the top dude ranch resorts in the country.
